[Notice] Update Regarding a Suspected Cybersecurity Incident

Dear ONDA Customers and Channel Partners,

We are writing to inform you that we have recently identified signs of a suspected cybersecurity incident in ONDA’s systems. Below is a summary of what we have confirmed to date and the actions we have taken in response.

On October 14, 2026, we detected unusual external access to our systems and immediately blocked it, followed by emergency security measures and inspections of the relevant systems. We are now working closely with the relevant authorities and external cybersecurity specialists to determine the exact cause and the full scope of its impact.

To date, no additional payments or smishing-related damage has been confirmed. However, if you receive any text messages, messenger messages (including WhatsApp), emails, or phone calls that impersonate ONDA or a partner property and ask you to make an additional payment, enter personal information, or click a link, please do not respond. We ask that you report any such contact to the ONDA Customer Support Center at 1544-3812 or abuse@onda.me.

All ONDA services – including ONDA PLUS and HotelPlus, ONDA HUB and OTA channel integrations, the booking engine, and reservation, inventory, and rate management – are operating normally.

Protecting customer information is our highest priority. We take this matter very seriously and are committed to further strengthening our security framework and taking all necessary measures to help prevent a recurrence.

Should the investigation reveal any additional findings concerning customer information, we will notify affected customers promptly and transparently in accordance with applicable laws.

We sincerely apologize for the concern this matter has caused. We will do our utmost to keep your information safe and to continue earning your trust.

Thank you.
