No. Basic, Pro and Expert all have no per-room charges.

Up to around 150 rooms you pay the same monthly price no matter how many rooms you run. Above 150 rooms the operating setup changes, so we prepare a custom Enterprise quote.

The core Pro and Expert features (AI OTA Auto-Reply, Legacy channels and more) go live in Q1 2027. Right now we're publishing pricing and taking Early Bird pre-registrations.

Billing starts after the official launch. From pre-registration until launch there is no charge at all.

Once the launch date is set we'll let you know before billing begins, so you can decide then whether to continue.

Plus channels (ONDA HUB) are channels where ONDA has negotiated preferential rates and placement directly with the channel (Yanolja, Naver, Agoda and more). Sign up and those terms apply automatically.

Legacy channels (OTA CM) are global OTAs such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb and Trip.com. ONDA doesn't negotiate separately here — you connect on the channel's own terms.

If a large share of your guests come from abroad, running Legacy channels too usually pays off, and that requires Pro Host or above. See the full comparison on the channel policy page.

Yes. Global OTAs like Booking.com and Expedia connect as Legacy channels, and your existing contracts and settlement terms stay exactly as they are. ONDA doesn't renegotiate with the channel on your behalf.

AI replies automatically to guest messages that come in through OTAs — handling messages, inquiries, and reviews on major channels like Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and Trip.com.
